Design by Peter Marigold

I found this picture of a design installation at a private residence in Amsterdam. Peter Marigold is the inspiration behind this project. A collection of wooden boards portrayed in contemporary shapes is a common theme in many of Peter’s projects. Though the shapes depart from orthodox standards of rectangles and squares, they flow to form a beautiful piece of furniture. The boards that stick out from the unit help accent the natural shapes of the shelves. I found his choice of green to be particularly striking in this photo.
