This is a most unique chaise lounge from designer Daniel Michalik of Long Island New York. Each handmade Cortica is a full size lounge and is constructed of renewable cork so it is light weight, naturally waterproof, and yes it will float. The naturally resilient cork is perfect for indoor or outdoor use and resists against rot and mildew so it requires little to no maintenance. A pliable feel and rounded base allows the user to find a comfortable position and have complete support with a lot of stability, as if they were floating. Made from pure cork, reclaimed waste material from the bottle-stopper industry, non-toxic marine-grade adhesive, and a small amount of polyurethane. 72″ long x 20″ wide x 26″ tall $4998.
