Mid Century Find: 1960s Interior Crafts Occasional Table

It’s great to sprinkle in some of the past along with cool designs from the present. The picture here shows an occasional table by Interior Crafts manufactured in the 1960s. The table features a small round glass top atop a white wooden pedestal in symmetrical wave shapes. The wave cutouts remind me of shapes we still see today in contemporary design since a “curve” is such a departure from the typical box-like 90 degree angle. A piece such as this would run $400-$1,000 from a mid century furniture store. Measurements: 36″ w x 29.5″ h.
