Functional Coffee Table: Mimosa by Matt Carr

Matt Carr has created this wonderful functional coffee table available at the Umbra store. When I look at the Mimosa up close it appears as a large “W” with an accompanying table top. The angular “W” creates a great nesting place to store books, remote controls, or magazines. In particular, magazines stored inside do not make this piece of furniture look “junky” as you can see in the picture. They rest gently on the angles and don’t create a sensation of clutter as a result. Measurements: 22″ x 36″ x 15″. Price: $210. Available: here.
