The product is designed to cook fish, meat or poultry at a very slow rate which can even extend over a few days. The meat is vacuum sealed along with spices and extras and placed in the water oven. The fact that the meat is sealed allows for all the juice to stay inside as opposed to other cooking methods which often dry out meat.
