At Milan Design Week 2010 : Philippe Starck Unveils “Magic Hole” Chair Collection

The inimitable Philippe Starck is showing off his design prowess at the Milan Design Week. The critically acclaimed French designer unveiled his “Magic Hole” collection which consists of an armchair, a two seater sofa and a smaller table-front armchair. The chairs are meant to be kept outdoors and the bright orange pocket aka hole is not incidental as it can hold objects like newspapers, magazines and other knick-knacks. This shock resistant and weather proof collection sure makes a dramatic statement.
