The “Uncompleted Chair” hasn’t been designed by a bunch of procrastinators as the lack of back support is intentional. Looks like designers Chia-Wei Lin and Jui-Lu Shih thought that storing umbrellas and other knick-knacks takes precedent over a boring chair back! A neat concept but I personally cannot imagine buying a chair that lacks a back!
