A lamp powered by water is one of the most interesting projects I have come across and kudos to the designer for thinking out of the box. A brainchild of Manon Leblanc, The WAT Ambient Lamp draws it juice from a hydroelectric battery which gets kickstarted after a few drops of water. The lamp itself is made from sanded blow glass and bioplastic and the innovative design approach is quite refreshing and not to mention eco-friendly.
