The Artifort Mushroom Pouf: From MOMA to Your Living Room

A bold pop of color can completely transform a room, pulling together its color scheme or providing an exclamation point to punctuate an otherwise predictable space.  To that effect, Pierre Paulin’s Artifort Mushroom Pouf, designed in the 1960s to complement his much-lauded Mushroom Chair (included in the Museum of Modern Art collection in New York) provides the perfect punch.  After making its debut 50 years ago, the series temporarily ceased production but – luckily for us – has since been revived. The pouf (and its chair counterpart) comes in green, red, yellow, orange, black or white at £373.00.  (Dimensions: 380mmx460mm)
