New Airport Building in Georgia Defies the Forces of Nature
Designed and developed by J. Mayer H. Architects from Berlin the new airport building in Georgia (not the state but the country), Mestia, is ready to welcome visitors and dazzle them with its overall appearance. The airport building was finished in just three months and the locals really hope that the whole project will make their town a destination more likely to be chosen by tourists around the world. The building has three different wings but it is its overall shape that really amazes the eye. We certainly appreciate the impressive use of windows that are meant to bring a lot of light inside the building not to mention that the way the building is reaching for the sky is pretty suggestive. After all, this is the place to come to if you want to fly in and out of Mestia, Georgia. The question is, will the weather be favorable enough to let planes take off and land safely?
