Paint Brush Coat Hooks by Dominic Wilcox are Strong Enough Clothes

The Paint Brush Coat Hooks is a custom Dominic Wilcox design which was specifically crafted for KKoutlet’s “Object Abuse” exhibition. The whole point of the show is to showcase various creations based on a simple set of rules: “take an everyday object, remould, rebuild and repurpose it to create an entirely new item, using as little additional materials as possible.” The designer imagined a coat hanger made entirely of paintbrushes. These were immediately turned into solid devices, that could be used as coat hooks. The solid “feature” is something we probably inadvertently achieve often when using paintbrushes, by forgetting to properly wash such objects after finishing our paint jobs at home. In case you want to see these particular ones in action then you should make sure you visit the exhibition in London which is going to feature them, among other creations, until September 25.
