This office chair was brought out in 2008. It may have been a success at the time but is now no longer available as far as we know as we cannot find any trace of it.
If you are seriously looking for the best office chair the only option I would look at, especially if you are to be sitting in it for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week is the Herman Miller Aeron. It is not cheap, but it was built around the same time as this chair, and is still top of the list today.
If you think you can find the chair mentioned below then feel free to read all about it.
There are a lot of ergonomic office chairs out there and in my personal experience most of them do not offer the real structural integrity you will need for proper support.
The 1000HD is one ergonomic office chair that combines structural integrity with articulating features that allow proper arm, back, and neck support for long term sitting. Ergonomic feature include high backrest design with 2-chamber inflatable air lumbar support, anatomically contoured high density injection molded foam cushions, height and tilt adjustable armrests, knee-tilt mechanism, and infinitely variable height adjustment.
On the structural side the 1000HD ergonomic office chairs feature laser cut 14 gauge steel pan to fully support for the seat cushion, robotically welded heavy gauge tubular steel frame with positively locking backrest, heavy duty torsion bar, extra strong gas pressure spring, and a 400 lb. weight rating.
Trim options are plentiful and you can combine leathers, Micro-Fiber inserts, perforated leather, contrast stitching and even piping. 10 years, 24-hour use on seat frame.6 years, 24-hour use on all other structural and mechanical components. 3 Years, 24-hour use on foam.
